Good hotel very good hospitality i think hotel needs little bit renovation but smile of staff cover everything. professional employers helping enough to all also about daily trips like sapanca bursa and masukiye

The location of the hotel is very nice 5 minutes walking distance from Taksim square but the hotel’s room is very tiny Not even a suite The shock mainly is in the toilet- it SUPER small. We were two in the room , we couldn’t move or use it properly even the flush or the water pressure from shower isn’t enough to take a shower Staff is friendly and flexible

Very well localised, 5 min walk from metro bus and taksim square. safe neighbourhood, and very vert very kind and helpful staff. We had a good stay. Our girls were treated like princesses. For sure will back there

dirty towels, small room with bed dirty smell cigarette with very very small toilet. Impolit chef in kitchen who is very crazy shouting on people always prepare the tastless food that you can take only one plate. They don't have open buffet.The receptionist is impolite. The local is horrible you feel that you are with criminal people and very dangerous not safe. I advise you not visit this place

The hotel is so terrible that there aren't enough words to describe it! The location is in a horrible, not very safe, neighbourhood. The staff are rude and not friendly at all. The breakfast is limited to a plate with no variety and the lady chef is impolite. As for the room it's good for little kids! It's small and the bathroom is so damn tiny. To avoid at all cost!!!
